Our food is handmade and authentic – what you see is what you get. It is that simple. We always do our utmost, and we never compromise on either taste or conscience. In our kitchen we think sustainably, and we have an attitude to taste, animals and environment. There is no food waste here. We make Nordic food with care for raw materials, which are organic and local. We think this is a good dining experience!
