These general terms and conditions apply to any trade between Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant and the guest. Any deviations from these terms and conditions must be made by written agreement between the parties.
1. Reservation and order confirmation
When Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant have received the reservation, Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant will send an order confirmation to the specified e-mail as soon as possible with information on order number, name and address and an overview of the reservation, including reservation number etc.
Final agreement is deemed to have been made upon receipt of our order confirmation. The contents of the order confirmation alone are binding on Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant.
Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant make reservations for any errors in prices, available rooms and similar tender material on the website.
The guest must provide the necessary personal information required by public authorities at the online room reservation and is required for the Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant registration of the person (s) staying at the hotel.
All guests must state their full name, address and telephone number. Upon arrival, the guest must present a valid ID and with his signature confirm the information.
Processing of personal information is done in accordance with applicable law and according to paragraph 8.
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner, unless otherwise stated.
The total price stated in the order confirmation and stated before the reservation is stated on the website, including VAT, fees and any other costs.
3. Terms of payment
Payment of the order is made on arrival at Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant. Upon booking, credit cards are provided as a guarantee of payment of the stay.
For stays marked “non-refundable” or “Best price”, payment will be deducted when ordering on the stated credit card.
We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Union Pay, JCB and American Express.
Company cards issued inside or outside the EU / EEA and private payment cards issued outside the EU / EEA are subject to a fee, which will appear from your receipt. The fee rate will depend on the type of payment card and where it is issued. For American Express, all transactions are subject to a fee.
4. Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed, the room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure. If the departure time is not adhered to, Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant reserves the right to incur an extra night on the bill.
Use of the room in addition to the stated arrival and departure time can be arranged against a separate payment.
It is expressly pointed out that no statutory right of withdrawal applies to reservations of hotel rooms or similar services. Thus reservations cannot be undone and reference is made to the cancellation conditions below.
6. Cancellation and no show
Cancellations can be made by contacting the hotel no later than noon. 12:00 on the day of arrival. If cancellation is made in time, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation of stay including dinner in one of our restaurants must be made no later than 12:00 the day before arrival.
In case of cancellation later than 12:00 on the day of arrival or the day before arrival for reservations including dinner 100% of the confirmed price incl. VAT.
If the guest fails without a valid cancellation 100% of the confirmed price incl. VAT.
For stays marked “non-refundable” or “Best price”, binding registration applies and there is no possibility of cancellation.
7. Changing reservations
If it is necessary to change a reservation, Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant can be contacted by phone +45 86 34 33 00 or email email@example.com to hear more about the possibility.
The reservation cannot be moved to other hotels in collaboration with Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant. A move to one of the other hotels is considered a cancellation and subsequent booking.
8. Personal information
When using our website, the guest leaves personal information. The guest can contact Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant if information is requested about which data is registered about the guest or whose information is to be deleted or corrected.
The information is collected for marketing purposes, including the sending of electronic newsletters etc. about our services and business.
We only use the information for marketing purposes, including the issue of newsletters, if the guest has expressly given his prior consent. The guest can always unsubscribe from newsletters etc. if the guest does not wish to receive them in the future.
In addition, the information about the guest is used – name, address, e-mail etc. – only to meet the guest’s order and to inform the guest if unforeseen delivery problems arise. Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant in no case pass on the guest’s information to third parties unless the guest has explicitly agreed to it.
Information regarding the guest’s order and any other buyer information is kept in accordance with current legislation. The storage takes place, among other things. to ensure proper handling of any complaints.
The guest has the right to gain insight into the information that Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant has registered about the guest and to raise objections to the registration.
If the guest wishes to be changed or deleted in the personal information or the guest does not wish to receive further information from Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Disclaimer(force majeure)
Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant are not liable for non-compliance if it is demonstrated that the failure is due to war, riots, civil unrest, government interventions, blockades, local government interventions, seizures, fires, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, exports – or prohibition on imports, interruptions to the regular service or otherwise, beyond the control of Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant.
If, according to Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant’s estimation, there is an obstacle to fulfillment of the above-mentioned kind, both the guest and Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant are entitled to either immediately or later cancel canceled non-fulfilled agreements, without this being considered a breach by anyone by the parties.
10. Venue and choice of law
Any dispute between Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant and the guest must be settled according to Danish law by Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant’s home, if it is not in violation of mandatory rules.
If a court finds any provisions of these terms invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
11. Other terms
If any disputes cannot be resolved between Langhoff & Juul Boutique Hotel and Restaurant and the guest, it is possible for the guest to appeal to the Appeals Board for hotel, restaurant and tourism, Vodroffsvej 32, 1900 Frederiksberg C. ankenaevn.dk
The Board deals with complaints from consumers about services offered by hotels, etc., if the service complained of does not exceed a value of DKK 150,000.
The Complaints Board charges a fee of DKK 150, which is repaid if the consumer is fully or partially satisfied with the complaint or if the complaint is not processed.
